I specialize in international tax law. I advise our clients on all tax matters they encounter as entrepreneurs in Germany. Whether it concerns the establishment of a company or complex structures at home and abroad, restructuring, succession or turnover tax, I am happy to help our clients make the right (fiscally) choices. In addition, my colleagues and I take care of practical matters such as bookkeeping, annual accounts and tax returns and we supervise tax audits. Because we know how Dutch legislation works and how we arrange it in Germany, we can warn you about common mistakes that arise due to the differences between Dutch and German legislation and regulations.
